We're assembling safety valves for our ACV-26R3 cement trucks. The valves are adjustable and can operate in a variety of pressure ranges. In this particular case, they'll operate at two atmospheres (exactly matching the compressor's capacity) and release air pressure to 1.9 atmospheres, with a bore diameter of DN 50. Why do we need such a large valve? It's all about the compressor drive. Since it's driven by a diesel engine, which runs constantly, a reliable tank protection system is essential; otherwise, excess pressure will cause the tank to explode like a hamster.
While work on the large ACV-26R3 cement trucks is underway, a tank of the ACV-17R1 all-wheel drive cement truck has been brought out of storage for a new order. While the welders are busy with previous orders, painters will quietly touch up and freshen up the ACV-17's barrel, apply logos, and prepare it for installation on the chassis. This truck has a lifting capacity of 19 tons of cement and can travel on virtually any road in our country.
