Over the weekend, we painted the ACV-26R3 cement trucks. We also applied the customer's corporate identity. The paint design was provided upon order and then adapted to the ACV dimensions. We then made full-size stencils, 5 meters long, from self-adhesive film, applied them to the truck in several passes, and then painted them in stages in cases where the truck contained more than one color along the border. The result is quite attractive. We are waiting for the assembly work to be completed so we can conduct a professional photo shoot.

Painting large cement trucks isn't as simple as it seems, and it requires professionals. Firstly, the volumes involved are enormous; not only do they require priming and two coats of paint, but they also require applying filler between coats. These are often joints, and large, curved surfaces require experience. Secondly, the paint application must be uniform. For example, to cover a large surface area visible to the viewer without smudges or runs, you need to paint from top to bottom, without stopping, very quickly. This requires scaffolding, stands, and the ability to immediately prepare the paint for loading into the gun. There are many nuances.
Furthermore, our painters received a new airless spray gun as a trial run, which should not only save paint but also improve the overall quality of the work.

The new safety valve model we announced a month ago has successfully completed testing and is now in production.
These adjustable valves can operate in a variety of pressure ranges. In this particular case, they will operate at 2 atmospheres (exactly matching the compressor's capacity) and release air pressure down to 1.9 atmospheres. The bore diameter is DN 50. Time and experience have shown that we have sufficient experience in designing and testing such products. These valves are designed for our ACV-26R3 cement trucks, but we can also customize them to suit your needs; mass production is welcome.

ACV-26R3 cement tankers are being prepared for compressor installation on the slipway.
Pneumatic system pipes are being installed, compressor stations based on American Gardner Denver compressors and Belarusian D245 engines have already been assembled, protective covers and load-bearing components have been welded, and all the tanks have been painted inside.
In a few days, the next stage is painting. And it's not an easy one. Branding of the cement tankers will be completed in three stages, as the project involves large, complex-geometry components, and various colors.
