We've begun production of the hopper tank for our ACV-17R1 cement truck. The first step is to manufacture the shells by rolling 6mm thick metal sheets. This steel is relatively lightweight, yet very durable and will withstand the high pressure required by the cement truck's specifications.
The hopper will be welded together from these cylinders very soon. In the meantime, we need to clean them up, trim the edges, and generally bring all the parts to a common denominator.
The next step is joining and welding the shells. We'll definitely show you and tell you about it.
We continue to introduce you to the production process of our cement trucks.
The photo shows the assembled jig for manufacturing the ACV-17R1 cement truck tank. The tank is assembled from over 500 components, each of which is first machined, then rolled to the required diameter and transferred to the welding section.
In fact, it won't be long before we begin working on the assembled tank itself. Then comes testing, painting, and branding. We'll keep you updated.
Our production facility recently began work on an order for two ACV-17R1 cement trucks.
The compressor platforms and frames with the hydraulic power unit tank have already been manufactured. The compressor and hydraulic power unit are critical process equipment that will be responsible for the cement truck's operation. Therefore, a high-quality foundation and protection for them are a priority.
More work still lies ahead, including tank assembly, painting, branding, and then installation on the chassis, connection of all equipment, and final testing before delivery to the customer.
This year, we participated for the first time in the "STT. Construction Equipment and Technologies" exhibition, which took place at Crocus from May 23rd to 26th.
We showcased the ACV-26R3 cement truck, the SN-180R1 tractor-mounted pumping station, and our Rexterr RedRex electric scooter.
An entire city of mobile pavilions, lined with endless rows of cranes, trucks, excavators, and tractors, was built in the area in front of the exhibition halls.
We exhibited in Hall 15, a dedicated area for tractors and trailers, and saw great interest in our domestically produced special equipment and pumps. Incidentally, the SN-180R1 pumping station was a unique product that construction workers truly needed, and it was several times more affordable than its European counterparts.
We'd like to remind you that we look forward to seeing you at the "Construction Equipment and Technologies. STT 2023" exhibition from May 23rd to 26th, which will be held at the Crocus Expo Exhibition Center.
At the Rosneftegazinstrument stand, we'll be showcasing a new version of the ACV-26R3-11 cement truck for transporting bulk mixtures and the SN-180R1 mobile high-performance pumping station.

We look forward to seeing you!
