A representative of a customer company from Armenia visited our facility today, where he inspected two completed ACV-17R1 cement trucks and received instructions on their operation.
The cement trucks will soon depart for Armenia, where they will work at the Sotk gold mine, the country's largest, producing up to 6 tons of gold per year. Currently, the mine operates exclusively underground, and the use of cement trucks is necessary for shaft reinforcement. Our company was chosen due to the high technical performance of our cement trucks, competitive pricing, and production lead times.
The customer representative was pleased with what he saw and also expressed interest in other equipment manufactured by JSC NPP RNGI, specifically the MS-40R3 mobile cement storage unit.
The bunker of the second ACV-17R1 cement truck is being prepared for painting.
After cleaning and leveling, a two-component epoxy primer is applied, followed by a two-component anti-corrosion polyurethane enamel.
Cleaning, grouting, priming, and painting—every stage of the work is carried out by our experienced painters with the utmost professionalism, ensuring the final product is a dazzling white tank, ready for mounting on the chassis.
Well, work on the second ACV-17R1 cement tanker is nearing completion.
We've already installed the working equipment—the filter, hydraulic power unit, and compressor unit—on the chassis, and we've tested the hopper's appearance. Painting is next. Incidentally, the tank will be sent to the paint shop at a KAMAZ.
Very soon, two brand-new cement tanks will be delivered to their owners and will be in top working order. After all, we've invested all our experience, knowledge, and cutting-edge technical developments into this equipment.
In case you didn't know, our ACV-17R1 has a number of advantages over its competitors, primarily thanks to the KM-7-2R1 compressor.
The final stage in the construction of the first of two ACV-17R1 cement trucks is the installation of the hopper on the chassis.
The installation of the tank on the chassis must be carried out with meticulous precision, ensuring every bolt fits seamlessly. Try using a standard forklift to load a drum weighing over three tons with the same ease as our technicians. It's important not to scratch or damage the exterior of the freshly painted hopper in any way.
Now all that remains is to connect all the components and wait for the second cement truck to be ready.
Painting work on the first of two bins for the ACV-17R1 cement truck is complete.
The work included surface cleaning, puttying, priming, painting the tank inside and out, and drying.
A week of work later, our bin shines glossy white and is ready to be installed on the chassis. But more on that next time.
