Meanwhile, we continue to improve our cement trucks.
We've upgraded the lighting system for the control panel and all working parts on our ACV-26R3 cement truck.
Now everything is illuminated everywhere, from all sides.

Several more USO mixing and blending units have entered production. Their production began in parallel. While the assembly of two ACV cement trucks is being completed before painting, and they are currently standing on the main slipway, a group of welders has already begun cutting metal and welding key blanks for the USO units. In fact, after the cement trucks are sent for painting, within a few hours the next tanks will be assembled in their place for mounting attachments. The main slipway will not be free for a minute.

This is what the ACV-26R3 self-contained compressor station for the cement truck looks like without its protective cover. Within its 2.5 x 2.5 meter dimensions, they managed to squeeze a powerful American Gardner Denver compressor and a Belarusian MTZ-242 engine. The protective cover, however, contrary to all traditions of domestic engineering, is designed "for people." Side covers provide access to the internal mechanisms from all sides, a large and convenient top cover with gas struts, various lighting, and labels on all buttons and switches. And the attention to detail on the warning signs—wow, there are over 70 of them throughout the entire cement truck. And the most impressive feature—detailed technical specifications painted directly onto the body. This way, drivers know where to quickly look, without having to fiddle with the operating manuals, which no one reads.

The first new ACV-26R3 cement tanker semi-trailer has arrived at the customer's location. All tests have been successfully completed, and they have been repeated multiple times. We are pleased with the quality of this vehicle; it is truly more advanced than the previous one. A key focus of the model improvement program was ensuring high functionality during operation in adverse conditions. We worked hard to provide text and graphic markings for all the important components of the cement tanker, using simple words and clear images for easy reference. We also added lighting in key locations to ensure easy operation even in the dark, and numerous reflective elements ensure the cement tanker's dimensions are visible to other vehicles. We also incorporated some rubber components we made ourselves into the new model. These are small details, but a nice touch.

Another cement truck has arrived, this time a flatbed truck rather than a semitrailer – the ACV-17R1. As the name suggests, 17 refers to the bin's cubic capacity, making it highly competitive in locations requiring a compact chassis for transportation while simultaneously carrying a large payload. Furthermore, the cement truck is a virtually autonomous transport system. It loads and unloads itself. An oil-free pendulum compressor powered by a hydraulic motor enables loading and unloading at speeds of 0.2 m3/h and 7 m3/h, respectively. The chassis can be customized accordingly. We most often mount our cement trucks on all-terrain vehicles, which are in demand for delivering cement in hard-to-reach areas.
