Final assembly work has begun on the first of two ACV-17R1 cement trucks in our new workshop.
While the hopper tank is in the paint shop, the working equipment—a filter, hydraulic power unit, and compressor unit—is being installed on the KAMAZ chassis. The hydraulic system, oil pumps, and motors are being assembled.
After painting the tank, all that remains is to mount it on the chassis.
News from the welding shop about our two ACV-17R1 cement trucks.
We've completed the external welding of the tank for the second cement truck. We've also cut a hole for the hatch. The next tasks for this tanker are the internal welding and installation of an air pocket.
The second cement truck is already on the chassis; we've written about this before. But there's still a lot of work to do on it, including painting.
If you were to check the checklist for all the steps involved in manufacturing the ACV-17R1, it would take many pages. The work is painstaking and time-consuming. You can't do everything at once; it's important to tackle the tasks sequentially.
We've completed the general assembly of the components and assemblies of the first of two ACV-17R cement trucks on a KAMAZ chassis. The cement tank, pipelines, and fine filter have been installed. We're connecting the compressor unit to the pipeline and checking that everything is in place.
There's still a lot of work ahead. After checking the connections, we'll dismantle all the equipment and send it off for painting so we can finally assemble the cement truck and conduct testing.
Work continues on the production of two ACV-17R1 cement trucks. Over the weekend, we welded the tank stand for the cement truck.
The next stage of the work is installing the air supply and discharge lines. After that, we'll turn the bin over and begin reinforcing it from the inside.
While the hoppers for our ACV-17R1 cement trucks are being welded into the required shape, two brand-new KAMAZ trucks from the customer arrived, onto which these very same hoppers will be installed.
We call this type of product a cement truck on a toll-provided chassis. However, you can also order a complete cement truck. In this case, after consultation with you, we will find the necessary chassis ourselves.
