This snow-white beauty is already drying in the paint shop.

The hopper of the ACV-26R3-11 cement bulk trailer has been successfully primed and painted. It's now waiting for the compressor station, which will also soon be sent for painting. Next comes equipment installation and the classic process of applying stencils with informational labels. We will continue to monitor all manufacturing processes and keep you informed.

The compressor station for the ACV-26R3-11 cement truck is actively being assembled at the welding site.

The mounting surfaces are already being welded at the station's site, while the purchased components for the station are already arriving. A brand new D242 diesel engine now sits proudly next to the compressor station, awaiting installation in the mounting surface.

Thanks to this engine, our compressor station can operate autonomously without the need for external drives. For comfortable operation, a fuel tank and engine preheater will be housed inside the station.

While the compressor unit is being manufactured in the welding section, painting of the future ACV-26R3-11 cement truck has already begun in the paint shop.

The cement truck will receive several coats of primer, after which it will acquire its classic snow-white color. We will continue to monitor the paint job and provide updates promptly.

While work is underway in the welding section on the compressor station for the ACV-26R3-11 cement bulk trailer, the paint shop has already painted part of the pipeline and even the external cyclone filter body.

But this is only a small part of the entire painting project. Painting of the cement tanker tank, followed by the compressor unit, is coming soon. We will continue to monitor the assembly and painting process of the ACV-26R3-11 cement bulk trailer.

Our skilled craftsmen recently welded this unit.

It's a portable pipe bending machine. This little machine can bend pipes up to 60 mm in diameter, which more than covers production needs.
This machine will greatly speed up the preparation of pipelines for specialized equipment, such as the ACV-26R3-11 cement truck.
After testing, the machine will be painted and put into operation.
