Meanwhile, work on the ACV-26R3-11 cement truck continues at the welding station.

This time, the frames for the bag air filters have been prepared. All that remains is to cover them with special fabric. The filters themselves will be installed in an external cyclone filter, whose main function is to filter the air during pneumatic cement loading through the loading pipeline. The air will then pass through a fine filter in the compressor unit before entering the compressor itself. But we'll talk about that next time.

Work continues in full swing at the welding station. Our brave welders are enthusiastically building the ACV-26R3-11 cement bulk trailer.

Now it's time for the pipeline network and compressor station.

As a reminder, the cement bulk trailer will have a twin hopper with a capacity of 26 m³. A standalone compressor station, driven by a diesel engine and equipped with a range of air filters, will handle the pneumatic loading and unloading of cement.

There's still a lot of work to be done, so we'll be keeping a close eye on the manufacturing process.

The sounds of a diesel engine are emanating from the new workshop. The source of the noise is this beauty.

The ACV-26R3 cement bulk trailer is undergoing final tests of its compressor unit and filter system.

As a reminder, the cement bulk trailer has a dual capacity of 26 m³. It is equipped with a stand-alone compressor unit, a filter system, and independent power sources: a diesel engine and battery packs. In addition, the cement bulk trailer is configured for pneumatic loading and unloading of cement. A complete set for comfortable operation.

Meanwhile, work is underway on a second cement bulk trailer in the adjacent workshop, preparing the frame. Assembly of the compressor unit is next.

Sometimes small things can be a great help for something bigger.

For example, cement trucks sometimes encounter problems with cement sticking to the walls. To make maintenance easier, we install special pneumatic vibrators on our cement trucks, which prevent cement from accumulating on the walls of the truck.

Such pneumatic vibrators can be used on any tankers, silos, bunkers, and mixing plants.

Two new ACV-17R1 cement trucks have set off for the Republic of Armenia.

The cement trucks will travel over 1,100 kilometers to their destination, the country's largest gold mine, Sotk. Currently, the mine operates exclusively underground, and the use of cement trucks is essential for shaft reinforcement.
