One of the most common internal processes in our production is rolling.

Rolling is a technological process that involves the processing and deformation of metal products.

During rolling, metal sheets are passed through the built-in rollers of a rolling machine. These rollers bend the metal plates uniformly and achieve a pre-selected shape. Ultimately, the specialist obtains conical, cylindrical, and round products.

Accurate work results largely depend on the correct settings on the equipment. Therefore, special attention must always be paid to the operating parameters.

Our company's welding shop has been buzzing with activity for the past few days. It's understandable—we need to build two ACV-17R1 cement trucks at once.

Today, we're gas-cutting the outline of the cement truck hopper. This process is performed by experienced craftsmen who are highly skilled with the tools and do everything carefully, efficiently, and even beautifully for the spectators. There's something captivating about sparks flying in all directions.

And the hoppers themselves are gradually taking the required shape. The work continues.

Fire and sparks fly everywhere. This is our laser metal cutting machine at work—a real workhorse. And a very precise one at that.

The video shows the process of cutting an information plate for the ACV-17R1 cement truck, which will be installed on the finished product.

The machine itself can produce up to 6 kW of power and cut parts with any contour. This is a high-precision machine, with a cutting error of no more than 0.1 mm. Therefore, the parts cut by the machine look very neat and, one might even say, aesthetically pleasing.

While you were relaxing, we were working. Over the weekend, the entire outline of the ACV-17R1 cement tanker hopper was welded together.

In the video, it took just over a minute, but in reality, it took several days of work by our welding shop workers.

There's still a lot of work ahead. First, we need to complete the hopper assembly. Then, it needs to be tested, followed by anti-corrosion painting.
