We're assembling safety valves for our ACV-26R3 cement trucks.
The valves are adjustable and can operate in a variety of pressure ranges. In this particular case, they'll operate at two atmospheres (exactly matching the compressor's capacity) and release air pressure to 1.9 atmospheres, with a bore diameter of DN 50. Why do we need such a large valve? It's all about the compressor drive. Since it's driven by a diesel engine, which runs constantly, a reliable tank protection system is essential; otherwise, excess pressure will cause the tank to explode like a hamster.
