MS-40R3 Mobile cement bulk storage

SPECIFICATION
The MS-40R3-05 Mobile cement bulk storage is designed for receiving, storing, unloading, and loading cement or other dry bulk materials with a density of up to 1.5 g/cm3.
The cement bulk storage is designed for operation at ambient temperatures of -45°C to +40°C.
Road categories on which the warehouse can be operated, according to SNiP 11-D5-72, are 1 to 5.
The cement bulk storage is designed for use with semitruck with mounting dimensions in accordance with GOST 12105-74, pneumatic connections in accordance with GOST R 41.13-2004, electrical connections in accordance with GOST R 41.48-2004, and a fifth-wheel coupling (FCU) load capacity according to the technical specification tables in this technical proposal.
Connection to the product pipeline is via a 5" thread quick release coupling (QRS) for loading and a 5" thread quick release coupling (QRS). This connection is optionally interchangeable. Additional air inlet is via a 2" camlock.
The cement bulk storage is unloaded pneumatically through the discharge pipeline. Silo fill levels are monitored through portholes.
Each silo is equipped with a relief valve. Pressure gauges monitor the pressure in each silo and on the discharge pipeline.
Transportation of a semitrailer with loaded silos is prohibited.

Diesel compressor unit
Effectively creates vacuum for self-loading and pressure for unloading cement. Equipped with an weatherproof hood.
Water-proof quick-release hatch
Innovative quick-release bolt clamp technology allows for opening of the hatch as promptly as possible.
External pneumatic vibrators
Provide vibration all over the shell excluding losses caused by cement clinging to the silo walls.
Unified control cabinet
Allows centralized control of the engine, compressor and lighting. The cabinet is also equipped with a set of devices for monitoring work efficiency.

Designed for air filtration during pneumatic loading of cement through a loading pipeline.
Water-proof porthole
To control the cement loading level, each silo is equipped with a number of water-proof portholes.
Pressure relief valve
When the pressure in the tank exceeds 2.1 atmospheres, a valve is activated, which reduces the pressure to acceptable levels.
Reliable performance indicators
Compound gauges and vacuum gauges have a moisture- and dust-proof housing according to IP54, the housings are made of stainless steel.
